Q. How do I place an order?

 

Go onto
www.sesamethestylestudio.com.

Select a category – Choose the
product of your choice.

Select quantity and click on “add
to cart”.

Click on the shopping cart icon on
the top right side of your page to be directed to our shopping cart.

Click on check out after checking
your purchase details.

Carefully enter your shipping
address and other required details.

Enter any discount coupon code if
applicable.

Check the final price {COD/Shipping
charges}. Select one of the payment options (COD, Credit/Debit Card payment).

Fill in your payment details and
your order is placed!.

You will receive your order
confirmation on your registered email ID. If you haven\’t received it, be sure
to check your spam.

 

Q. How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered
through reputed courier companies at your doorstep. We use DTDC, FedEx and
Aramex for National shippings.

 

Q. How will I know if an order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully
placed, you will receive a confirmation over email. This mail will have all the
details related to your order.

 

Q. Do you take orders over phone?

Yes, we do take orders over phone
and whatsapp. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash On Delivery, Paytm and Bank Transfers.

 

Q.I want to avail the styling services, how do I go about it?

We have a list of services from
where you can choose from.

Go to the styling services
category.

Fill out the complete form along
with the desired services.

We will fix up an appointment to
take it further.

 

Q. I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn\’t
working. Can you help me place an order?

Yes if your debit/credit card
isn\\\’t working we can always take your order over phone. Do feel free to call
us.

 

Q. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit
card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money
deducted from the card?

 

Please check your bank/credit card
account to first ensure if your account has been debited.

If your account has been debited
after a payment failure, banks normally rolls it back within 7 business days.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order,
get in touch with our team within 5 hours of placing your order, with your
order number. Once the order is prepared, orders will not be cancelled, and
appropriate legal action might be taken if the case is not as per our stated
policies.

 

Q. Do you allow exchanges?

Yes exchanges are allowed, but,
only in the case of any defect or sizing issues.

 

Q. Are the products exactly as per the pictures shown on the
website?

Product pictures shown on the
website are for reference. The actual products may slightly vary due to the
lighting/photography conditions.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa,
MasterCard , Netbanking and Paytm.

We also accept payment via
\”Cash on Delivery\” at the time of the delivery of the product.
However this mode of payment has a convenience charge of INR 100/-  associated with it.

 

Q. What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?

When you make a purchase using the
COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive an email once the
order is placed.

Payment has to be made at the time
of delivery.

 

Q. Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

There is a non-refundable
convenience charge of INR 100/- levied on Cash on Delivery purchases, which is charged by the courier company to bring the cash back to us from the customer.

 

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure,
please retry ensuring:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate
i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet
connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after
a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

The entire order processing and
shipping time is within around 7-25 business days.

 

Q. Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your
order on Monday-Friday, excluding national and state holidays.


Q. How long does a query revert takes?

You can expect email/whatsapp query reverts between Monday to Friday in 24-72 working hours.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.
