Shipping Policy and Guidelines

The team at Sesame loves to deliver the best quality products and within the stipulated time. We use

a network of Courier services to provide you with safe and speedy deliveries. Our National Delivery partners

are- DTDC, FedEx and Delhivery.

  Depending upon the location, the product will be delivered to you within 1-7 days of the shipment notification.

  All orders of INR 1500 and more are delivered free of cost. If customer opts for Express Deliveries (above ₹1500/- as well), those are chargeable.

  For an order of INR 1499 and less, a shipping charge of INR 100 will be applicable.

  Shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel/exchange/refund a part of the order.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  For all Cash-on-delivery orders, an extra charge of INR 100 will be applicable

  To avail COD Service, all the items in the cart should be applicable for COD.

  Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, online order has to be placed.

  You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

  If the product packaging is open, do not accept the order.

  No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

International Shipping

  We deliver Worldwide.

  All the International shipments are subject to additional shipping costs, depending on the parcel weight.
